Jessica is a registered psychologist (Clinical Registrar) who has over 10 years’ experience working with families and young people in a range of contexts, including witness assistance, support work and behavioural interventions. She has completed her six-year training in psychology, graduating with a Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS).
Jessica has a wide range of interests and enjoys working with clients 12 years and above who are experiencing stress, life transitions, mood or anxiety disorders, behavioural difficulties, or school-related challenges. She has a particular interest in working with teenagers and young adults. Jessica has experience in the assessment and treatment of ADHD, anxiety and mood disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), selective mutism, emotional regulation difficulties and childhood trauma.
Jessica is passionate about working with clients and their families. She takes time to understand their difficulties in order to collaboratively develop strategies and to facilitate change. She believes that with the right psychological support, clients and their families have the capacity to improve their quality of life.
Jessica uses a range of evidence-based interventions to assist clients in achieving their goals, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Jessica works on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
