Suzanne has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults aged 7–75 across private practice, school, and community settings. Her clinical focus is anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and co-occurring conditions.
She particularly enjoys working with bright and sensitive clients who may be struggling with motivation, intrusive thoughts, perfectionism, anxious overwhelm, or low confidence.
Suzanne works openly and collaboratively with clients and families to understand what is maintaining their difficulties, then builds practical, evidence-based strategies for change.
Suzanne draws on a range of evidence-based therapies, tailoring her approach to each individual. These include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and motivational techniques. She is an accredited Cool Kids and Cool Little Kids provider, and has additional training in Bowen Family Systems, Schema Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
Suzanne is experienced in psychometric and educational assessment, including assessments for ADHD, specific learning difficulties, dyslexia, and intellectual giftedness.
Before becoming a psychologist, Suzanne had a successful career in leadership, training, and organisational development. This background shapes her warm, practical, and goal-focused style — particularly when supporting young people and adults navigating achievement pressure, life transitions, workplace stress, or confidence challenges.
