Our team are truly global, having lived and travelled the world. They speak many languages, understand cultures, have international expertise and understand the love and dedication it takes to be a parent. They all share the same passion and values to improve mental health outcomes to improve quality of life.
Our team of child and adult psychiatrists, psychologists, our general practitioner who specialises in mental health and the support staff are considered some of the best in their field. They are all qualified with specialist training and extensive experience in the multidisciplinary, multimodal management of mental health disorders and emotional challenges.
We also provide comprehensive assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Specific Learning Disorders and Giftedness. Assessments include a thorough developmental and background history and a report with actionable recommendations.
Our clinicians work independently, but also have an integrated approach, tapping into the extensive services that are available within Family Talks Clinic, to ensure all your needs are met in the one location.
If you are an existing patient, priority is given to internal referrals to our other clinicians, ensuring a truly integrated approach.

Practice Manager

Carolyn has been with the clinic since October 2017. She works on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Carolyn is responsible for the brand, strategy, financials, personnel, and day to day operations.

Administration Manager

Anna started in early 2020. She is the key point of contact for all new patients. From the receipt of the new patient request from our website, approval from the clinician, obtaining all the relevant information, thorough to booking in new patients. She also manages the entire process associated with Psychological Assessments including providing quotes and booking appointments.

  • Anna works 4 days a week and is on the reception desk on Mondays on level 3 and Fridays on level 4.

Linda

Receptionist

Linda is our most experienced receptionist. She has been with the clinic since it opened its doors in April 2017. She is the friendly voice on the phone on level 4 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and the occasional Saturday. She is responsible for making you feel welcome, taking payments, bookings, processing Medicare rebates, and ensuring referrals are valid.

We also have several casual receptionists who work on a roster to make sure you are always greeted and served in a timely manner when you call or come to the practice.
